POSITION: Leasing Consultant

Our Leasing Consultant will assist prospective residents with pre-leasing activities, support new residents’ move-in activities, support site-specific marketing initiatives, and use social media to communicate with the community.

Responsibilities:

• Support our prospective residents by providing community tours and providing support through the application process.
• Support the move-in process for our new residents.
• Partner with co-workers in planning, promoting and facilitating resident activities.
• Participate in marketing initiatives for the property.
• Utilizing social media to communicate with prospects and residents.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• At least two years of property management experience.
• Experience with large properties preferred.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Experience level:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Florissant, MO 63033: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
